At Papena we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience. All of our designer pieces are shipped in eco-friendly packaging.
Orders in the European Union are shipped via our affiliate couriers Econt or DHL Express . All shipments that are sent by Papena, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am till 8:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 12:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of Bulgarian public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
Shipping costs for orders over €300 are free of charge (standard delivery option only).

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the Econt or DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
